Join the Milwaukee Lawyer Chapter and Michael O’Hear, ACS member and Marquette Law Professor to discuss the book release of “Wisconsin Sentencing in the Tough-on-Crime Era: How Judges Retained Power and Why Mass Incarceration Happened Anyway” (University of Wisconsin Press) by Michael O’Hear. This event is part of ACS-MKE’s Pipeline to Prison in Wisconsin Project, an effort to draw attention and awareness to Wisconsin’s mass incarceration issue.
